Doctor Boosh

So, this idea started around the time the new Doctor was announced, because part of me was hoping that Julian Barratt would be The Doctor ("hoping" not "expecting"). Then I thought it would be hilarious if Howard Moon was the Doctor, and Vince Noir was his companion. But instead of creating their own characters, I decided it would be even funnier to have them dressed as Nine and Rose. Because it's obvious that is who they pretty much are anyway.
